First Aid & CPR Bolivia
Se você trabalha na área de primeira infância em Bolivia — seja em creche, pré-escola, ambiente familiar ou acampamento — a certificação em primeiros socorros e RCP não é opcional. É uma exigência de licenciamento, e por um bom motivo: crianças estão entre as mais vulneráveis a engasgos, reações alérgicas e lesões. Estar preparado para intervir pode mudar tudo.
O que Bolivia exige
Bolivia has no strict statutory mandate requiring educators at children's centres to be certified in first aid: the regulation of the PAN Programme, run by the departmental SEDEGES under the Children and Adolescents Code (Law 548), requires staff to hold a medical certificate and the facility to keep a first-aid kit, but not specific training. Even so, having staff trained in first aid and pediatric CPR is the standard reasonably expected of any centre caring for young children.

Children's-centre rules call for a first-aid kit but do not address anaphylaxis or epinephrine, and Bolivia does not market adrenaline auto-injectors — only prescription ampoules are available. In the face of a severe allergic reaction, the sound practice is to record each child's allergies, obtain written parental authorization to give any prescribed medication, and store it safely and within easy reach.
